These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Red Mile Limousine Services website (redmilelimousine.com) and any private chauffeur or transportation service you book with Red Mile Limousine Services ("Red Mile", "we", "us", or "our") in Calgary, Banff, and the surrounding Alberta region. By using our website or booking a ride with us, you agree to these terms.
Pricing is based on the trip details you provide when you request a quote, including pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, passenger count, and vehicle selection. Extra stops, route changes, additional waiting time beyond what's included, or special requests made after booking may change the final total, and any change will be confirmed with you before the ride. We do not apply surge or demand-based pricing on top of your confirmed quote.
A reservation is confirmed once you accept a quote and provide the deposit or payment requested at the time of booking, through our online booking platform or directly with our team. You'll receive written confirmation of your trip details, vehicle, and price once your booking is confirmed. Card payments made through our online booking widget are processed by our third-party reservation platform, BookRidesOnline — see our Privacy Policy for more on how that works.
Free cancellation on eligible bookings up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations or changes made after that window, including no-shows, may be subject to a charge — this will be confirmed with your quotation or booking confirmation. Contact us as soon as possible by phone, email, or WhatsApp if your plans change so we can advise on your options.
For Calgary Airport (YYC) pickups, we monitor your flight in real time and adjust for early or delayed arrivals where possible. Please provide a valid flight number when booking. Calgary International Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from the flight's actual gate arrival time, unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation — if you expect to need longer, let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly. Waiting-time terms for non-airport pickups are confirmed at the time of booking.
Each booking is for the private, exclusive use of your group in the vehicle assigned — we do not combine unrelated passengers or bookings in the same vehicle. Please provide an accurate passenger and luggage count when requesting a quote so we can assign a suitable vehicle; see our Fleet page for passenger and luggage capacity by vehicle. Infant, toddler and booster seats are available at no additional charge when requested in advance. Let us know when booking so the correct seat can be prepared. Passengers are expected to treat vehicles, chauffeurs, and other passengers with respect; we reserve the right to end a trip early in the case of illegal activity, damage to the vehicle, or behaviour that endangers the chauffeur or other passengers.
While we aim to accommodate same-day and last-minute requests, availability depends on vehicle and chauffeur schedules at the time of your request. Information on this website, including pricing, vehicle descriptions, and service areas, is provided for general planning purposes and is subject to change; your specific trip details are confirmed at the time of booking.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes related to requesting information about, or booking, our services. We may update or correct the content of this website at any time without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, Red Mile Limousine Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from delays, cancellations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control (including weather, road closures, or flight changes). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Alberta or Canadian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
