From a recent booking
An energy company in Quarry Park booked an SUV to bring business delegates from the Carriage House Hotel & Conference Centre to its head office. The company’s booking assistant asked to be told when the guests were on board and given an estimated arrival time, so staff could welcome them at the door. Before the SUV left the hotel, our chauffeur and dispatch team confirmed that the guests had boarded and shared the ETA with the assistant.
When arranging a similar ride, the reservation can include the passenger’s details and a separate company contact. An agreed hotel pickup point and office entrance help both ends of the trip run smoothly.

Hourly service may suit a guest visiting several offices or a group making multiple stops during an evening. Include the expected service period and the addresses you know when requesting the quote. If plans change after confirmation, contact us so the timing, vehicle availability and any change in price can be reviewed.
Group pickups
When Your Group Starts at Different Addresses
Friends, family members or colleagues can be collected from several Southeast Calgary addresses and travel together to the destination. One vehicle may make the evening simpler, but each pickup adds time before the group arrives.
Include every address and the number of people joining at each stop. We can then review the order of pickups, the requested arrival time and whether one vehicle has enough room for the full party. A larger bus or motor coach may also need a suitable place for passengers to board.

Southeast Calgary covers a wide area. A pickup near Quarry Park and one in the far south have different routes and travel allowances, even when the destination is the same.

Passenger numbers and luggage both matter when choosing. Several checked bags, a stroller or equipment can change which vehicle fits the trip. You can view our fleet before requesting a quote.
Infant, toddler and booster seats are available at no additional charge when requested in advance. The accompanying adult is responsible for checking that the restraint is suitable and securing the child correctly.

Every booking is for a private vehicle, without unrelated passengers. Red Mile Limousine Services operates under a City of Calgary vehicle-for-hire licence and carries commercial limousine insurance for airport and non-airport service.
Your quote reflects the addresses, timing, vehicle and itinerary requested. A confirmed price does not rise simply because demand increases later. Added stops, waiting or changes to the trip may affect the total; any revised charge should be confirmed when the change is arranged. Pay online or in the vehicle according to the options confirmed for your reservation.
