Where We Serve Downtown
Downtown transportation is available in the Downtown Core, Downtown West, Eau Claire, Chinatown, East Village, Beltline and Victoria Park.
The Beltline includes 17 Avenue SW, known throughout Calgary as the Red Mile. We can arrange transportation for hotels, residences, restaurants and other addresses along or near the avenue.
These area names help identify the general part of downtown, but the exact street address is important. Buildings within the same district can have different entrances, loading areas and access routes.

Pickups
Hotels, Residences and Downtown Pickups
We provide private transportation from downtown hotels, apartments, condominiums and residences.
When booking a hotel pickup, enter the hotel’s full name and address. Some hotel brands have more than one Calgary location, and some properties use separate entrances for the lobby, valet and passenger loading.
For a residential pickup, let us know if the chauffeur needs an intercom number, concierge instructions or a particular building entrance.
The passenger should be ready at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled time. If the entrance changes, call or message us as early as possible.
Destinations
Offices, Restaurants and Downtown Destinations
Downtown service can be arranged for office towers, professional appointments, restaurants and other local destinations.
Private transportation can be arranged to and from destinations such as Stephen Avenue, Calgary Tower, Stampede Park, BMO Centre, Scotiabank Saddledome and the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre.
For venue transportation, share the scheduled time, passenger count and return requirements when booking.
Busy downtown properties do not always allow a vehicle to stop directly outside the main entrance. Where curb access is restricted, the chauffeur may use a nearby legal loading point.
For an office tower or large complex, provide the building name and the entrance where the passenger will be waiting.

A complete address is the starting point, but a few extra details can make the pickup much easier.
Tell us the building, hotel or destination name, the preferred entrance, the passenger’s mobile number and any instructions provided by the property. Suite, tower or lobby information can also help when a complex has several entrances.
For a reservation with multiple passengers, make sure everyone knows the same meeting location.

Itineraries
Return Trips, Additional Stops and Hourly Service
A return trip can be booked with the original journey or arranged separately. Let us know the return pickup address and requested time so both parts of the trip can be reviewed together.
Additional stops can also be added for an extra charge. This may include collecting another passenger, travelling between several downtown addresses or stopping at a hotel before continuing.
Hourly service can be useful when the schedule includes several appointments or when the vehicle is needed for a set period. Share the known addresses and timing when requesting the quote.
Changes made after confirmation may affect the price or vehicle availability.
