Which vehicle should I book for a Calgary Airport pickup?
It depends on passengers and luggage. An Executive Sedan takes up to 3 passengers and up to 3 standard bags. A Business SUV takes 1–6 passengers and 5 bags. A Passenger Van takes up to 14 passengers and approximately 12 bags, subject to the complete passenger and luggage load.
Can I request a specific Business SUV model?
Business SUVs are a Cadillac Escalade, GMC Yukon XL Denali or Chevrolet Suburban. Exact vehicle availability and usable passenger/luggage capacity will be confirmed before booking.
Does passenger capacity include luggage?
No. Passenger and luggage capacity must be considered together. Larger luggage loads, strollers, ski equipment and child seats may require a larger vehicle, so include every bag and item when you request a quote.
Are child seats available?
Infant, toddler and booster seats are available at no additional charge when requested in advance. Include each child’s age and the seat type you need.
